Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review the return and refund guidelines below.

1. Return Eligibility

Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • The product should not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
  • The item must be returned in the original packaging.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
  • Products returned after the return window has expired

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact customer support within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product to help us process your request quickly.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Send a return request with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Wait for confirmation and return instructions.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the item according to the instructions provided.

Returns sent without approval may not be processed.

5. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect.

6. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product due to defect or damage, you may request a replacement for the same item (subject to availability). If the product is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
  • In certain cases, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
