Refund policy


At VELLESO, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handcrafted pieces. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to accommodate exchanges under the following terms:


 


 


Exchange Eligibility


Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@velleso.com or via WhatsApp at +91-8302798660, along with clear product images.




Only one exchange is allowed per order. Items that have already been exchanged once are not eligible for further exchange.




Customised items, bulk orders, and wedding favours are not eligible for exchange.




It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the products upon delivery and ensure they match the original order.




Requests made beyond the 24-hour window will not be accepted.




We will arrange for a reverse pickup of the product from your location.



 


 


International Orders


For international exchanges, buyers must cover the cost of return shipping, taxes, and any applicable duties.




We do not provide return labels due to international shipping costs and customs regulations as per the Government of India.



 


 


Exchange Process


You may exchange your product for any other available item on our website.




If the replacement item is of lower value, the remaining balance will be issued as a VELLESO credit note, which can be used on any future purchase.




We will arrange pickup of the original product. Once it is received and inspected at our warehouse, the new product will be shipped.



 


 


Important Exchange Conditions


Products must be returned unused, in perfect condition, with all original packaging, tags, dust bags, and invoice included.




Products altered or customised upon request are not eligible for return or exchange.




Items that have been washed, dyed, printed, worn multiple times, or tampered with will not be accepted.




VELLESO reserves the right to make the final decision on whether a product qualifies for exchange.




Exchanges will be processed within 7–30 working days, depending on the payment gateway’s timelines.



 


 


Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders


COD packages cannot be opened before payment.




The delivery executive is not authorised to accept returns at the time of delivery.




Once delivered, returns or exchanges will only be accepted through the standard process outlined above.

Steps to Request an Exchange


Email us at support@velleso.com or WhatsApp us at +91-8302798660 with your order number, details of the issue, and product images.




Once approved, our team will initiate a reverse pickup.




After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship your new item promptly.
